Pleasant Grove City, a Municipal Munici-pal Corporation; Beneficial Life Insurance Company, a corporation; corpora-tion; also all other persons unknown un-known claiming any right, title interest in or lien upon the real property described in the Complaint Com-plaint adverse to plaintiffs' ownership own-ership or clouding plaintiffs' title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DEFEND-ANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon J. Albert Page, plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 30 South Main, Pleas- ant Grove, Utah, an answer to the Complaint within 20 days after af-ter service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded de-manded in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said Court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action brought by the plaintiffs to quiet their respective re-spective titles to the following described tracts of real property, situate in Utah County, State of Utah, to-wit: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Section 27, Township 5 South Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; and running thence North 89 48' East 445.17 feet; thence South 80 59' East 16.20 feet; thence North 89 54' East 1177.06 feet; thence South 1 25' East 487.17 feet along the Parcel No. 2: Commencing 24.61 chains East and 9.70 chains South of the Northwest Corner of Section 27, Township 5 South, Range 2 East of the Salt Lake Base and Meridian; Meri-dian; thence West along the North line of Second South Street 220 feet; thence North 280 feet; thence North 72 East 230 feet, more or less to the grantor's gran-tor's East property line; thence-South thence-South 350 feet to the place of beginning. NOTE: the bearings in the above de scriptlon are referred to the Mei idian adopted for the official map of Pleasant Grove City, 1939 and 1950, and on this basis the Section Sec-tion line East from the Northwest North-west Corner of Section 16, aforesaid afore-said runs North 89 51' East. EXCEPTING FROM THE A-BOVE A-BOVE DESCRIBED LAND, those parcels heretofore conveyed to other parties as follows: To: John Nathan Adams and Barbara Adams, husband and wife, by deed recorded July 27, 1955, as Entry No. 9988, in Book 687, Page 34; To: Eleroy H. West and Beth G. West, husband and wife, by deed recorded May 24, 1957, as Entry No. 7744, in Book 747, page 116. |
