Sweetheart Candidates Are Chosen, Dance Is Saturday The journalism class has been making big plans for their annual an-nual "Sweetheart Dance." The dance will be held this coming Saturday, February 14 at the Stake House. The dance is girl's choice. As it is on Valentines Day, an appropriate theone, "May You Always," has been chosen. The staff has really been working work-ing hard to make this dance a success. The committee members are: General chairman, Joye Nelson; decorations, Carol Harper; Har-per; advertising, Cathy Nelson,' Carma Terry and Shirlene Farns-worth; Farns-worth; tickets, Howard Rees and Tom Beers. Assembly, Pat Fullerton; Programs, Pro-grams, Charlotte Gardner and Leona Adams; orchestra, Lynn Anderson; crowns, Jerold Jacobs. Others who have helped are Marvin Slater, Judy Jolley, Pat Johnson, Lewis Goodridge and Bruce Gray. The classes chose their sweetheart sweet-heart candidates last Wednesday, Feb. 4. The campaign managers are working hard for their candidates. |
