Show Parents Warned Against Letting Their Children Under 16 Drive Automobiles Several complaints reached the city council last Thursday that some parents are allowing teenagers teen-agers under the qualified age of 16 years to drive cars. All unlicensed unlic-ensed drivers are asked to discontinue discon-tinue this practice until properly licensed. The law says that all parents are accountable for damages if these youths are involved in an accident or the breaking of any of the driving regulations. Lindon City police officers are alerted to several cases and shall take the necessary steps needed to enforce the law. The council voted to contact Mr. Saling of Salt Lake City to help close out and audit the books for this year. He helped earlier in the year to install the- city's new books, so the council feels that he is qualified to do this work.
