Show Local News Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Gilbert were Mr. Gilbert's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Gilbert Gil-bert of Murray. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Hone are visiting in Haywood, California, with Arlin and Muriel Hone Fowler Fow-ler and family. Mrs. Ray Ilugue of Pocatello, Idaho, was a week-end guest of Mr. .and Mrs. Harry Wadley. Mrs. Hogue came to Utah to attend the wedding reception of Marcia Wad-ley Wad-ley and Floyd K. West. Another visitor at the Wadley home was Mrs. Laura Naylor of Magna, who who visited relatives here and in American Folk. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Bezzant and family and Mr. Bezzant's mother, Mrs. Matthew Bezzant left Sunday for a trip through Colorado and New Mexico. In Colorado they will visit Mrs. Reed Bezzant's relatives relat-ives and at Albuquerque, New Mexico, they will visit their son and brother Bryan Bezzant and family. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Farr, on Sunday Sun-day attended a get-to-gether of the Heber and Hilda Farr family at the Lloyd Rasmussen home in Provo. Others present were the mother Mrs. Hilda Farr, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Dickerson of Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Morgan of Casper, Wyoming, Mr. and Mrs. Clare Lloyd, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Clayson and Darrell Farr. Mrs. John Hilton received a real surprise on Thursday evening, her birthday, when the J.C. Hilton family staged a pleasant surprise at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Glade Hilton. Fun, laughter, and a sump-tious sump-tious potluck supper were enjoyed by the following family members. Mr. and Mrs. John Hilton, Mr. I and Mrs. J. C. Hilton, Mr. and Mrs, Joe Hilton, Mr. and Mrs. Glade Hilton, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert ' Huish of Provo, and Mr. and Mrs. Barney Hilton, Mr.' and Mrs. A. F. Fischio and Mr. and Mrs. Lowell j Richins of Salt Lake City. Mrs. B. H. Adams' left for the West Coast today to .attend the funeral of her uncle, George Kem-ble Kem-ble Worthy, to be held in Los Angeles on Sat. Mar. 14. Mr. Worthy, Wor-thy, who was 82 years of age, passed peacefully away in his sleep Wednesday.'' He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Maria Janlin of Gi-eensville,- N. Carolina, three nieces, Mrs. Grace Eaton, wife of Dr..T.. H. Eaton, of Greensville, N. C, Mrs. J. Kohler of Oakland, California, and Mrs. Adams. Mr. . Worthy retired from Visalia, Calif. I a number of years ago, to Los Angeles.- He was co-owner of a furniture business and grape-vineyards in Visalia for many years. |
