They will speak in a sacrament service Sunday, May 18, at 8:30 a.m. in the Highland 8th Ward Chapel, 10390 Alpine Highway, Highland. Victor Jewkes Elder Victor Jewkes, son of Grant and Carol Jewkes, Pleasant Grove, has been called to serve in the Des Moines, Iowa LDS Mission. He will speak in a sacrament service Sunday, May 18, at 3:40 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove 8th Ward Chapel, 1250 E. 200 South. Elder Jewkes will enter the Missionary Training Center on May 22. He graduated from Pleasant Grove High School where he was active in Chamber Choir, A Cap-pella Cap-pella Choir and drama. Byron J. Humble Byron J. Humble, son of Cloic J. and Janet Humble, has accepted a call to serve in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Mission. A farewell will be held Sunday, May 18, 1986 at 9 a.m. in the Manila 1st Ward Chapel. Byron has three brothers and three sisters. His older brother, Scott, is serving a mission in San Juan Puerto Rico. Byron graduated from Pleasant Grove High School and received the Dean's Award. He has completed on year of study at BYU. Byron will enter the Missionary Training Center on May 22. Todd M. Hansen Elder Todd M. Hansen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth D. Hansen, Orem, has been called to serve in the Indiana, Indianapolis LDS Mission. He will speak in a sacrament service Sunday, May 18, at 9:30 a.m. in the Orem 103rd Ward Chapel, 1674 N. 200 West. An open house will also be held the same afternoon at the family home, 496 W. 1930 North, Orem. Elder Hansen will enter the Missionary Training Center on May 22. He is a 1985 graduate of Pleasant Grove High School. |
