In a survey of those children swlved in the program, it was M that children from all parts rf the city were participating in the M. Parents frequently thank Terry and Rick for the program, s4 the fun hours their children teespent playing in the park. Terry and Rick have also had an sion program that has in-'W in-'W such fun and educational ifoes in the state as Hansen Planetarium, . Lagoon, Raging liters, Timp Cave, Hogle Zoo, KSL Mos, 49th Street Galleria, Sun-kice, Sun-kice, and more. Children have N their own admission and a mal fee for the bus. Several of k parents have gone along on the "fusions to help supervise the "tr, and Terry and Rick have iated their help with the e "'MO children who have gone summer. Terry Peterson, head of the park's program, helps Jeremy Wood and another little boy with the favorite game of the summer, kick-ball. Terry said that several of the places they have visited have been very happy to have them come, and have given the groups great hospitality. He said that the kids have been really fun to work with, and generally good to stay with the group on the excursions. The program has been a great success, as witnessed in their end- of-the-summer excursion at Showbiz Pizza which included 81 children. Thanks, guys! |
