Show Hispanic Women's Conference slated On Sept. 20-21, the First Annual I Hispanic Women's Conference is scheduled. f The opening session for the 5 conference, Sept. 20, will include an evening banquet at the Salt Lake ' Airport Hilton. Mayor Palmer dePaulis will open the conference f activities. , General sessions and workshops 1 will begin at 8 a.m., Sept. 21, at Utah Technical College, Redwood Road, and will continue the rest of the day. Cost for the workshops is $10 per person which includes lunch and I registration materials. The banquet J on Sept. 20 is $15 per person. Pre-1 Pre-1 registration for both events are requested. Emphasis will be directed on employment and training for women. As each individual is in a different working stage, the conference con-ference is organized to address most of these stages. Four tracks, each containing three workshops, are available to conference participants. par-ticipants. Individuals may choose to attend all three in one track or "mix and match" workshops. Track I is available to women who are entering the work force for the first time and are identifying marketable job skills. Track II is available for women who are planning or considering a transition from one jobcareer to another. Track III is available to women who want to share professions, ideas, information and expertise. Track IV is available to young women ready to explore their working future by setting goals and implementing steps to obtain their goals.
