James Thome, Elda Nelson Jepson and Rex Gourley. Glass of 1935 to hold 50 year reunion p.m. to 7 p.m. and dinner will begin at 7 p.m. Carl Lowder is chairman of the reunion. The class of 1935 started junior high school at the Central Elementary School because the new junior high was not completed. They were the first class to have to attend the first half of their school day in the elementary school and then walk to the junior high, which was only half completed, to take their afternoon classes, such as cooking, music, gym, etc. Pleasant Grove High School's class of 1935 will hold its 50 year class reunion on Friday, June 28, at The Bungalow in Pleasant Grove. Five stake youth dance slated Saturday at East Stake Center "Sounds of Summer" will be the Heme of the monthly five-sta-youth dance scheduled for Saturday, June 29, at 8 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove East Stake Center, 825 S. Loader. AH area youth of high school are age invited to attend. This includes those who just completed ninth grade, also. The cost for the dance is $1 and a dance card from each person's bishop is required for entrance. The dance will dismiss at 11 a.m. Pleasant Grove 17th Ward is in charge of this dance. Dress is casual. Joy School graduates four students i rWfHiwniVi nnwmmMiniiViUMftra ininn .aj Angelee Hardy, Natalee Brevins, Lauren Braman and Nicklaus Christensen have graduated from Joy School and will be entering kindergarten next fall. Angelee is the daughter of Louis and Janey Hardy. She was a member of the Joy School for a year anda half and enjoyed it very much. Her favorite times at school were snack time, Pledge of Allegiance and art activity. She enjoys drawing, coloring, learning, playing outside, dressing up, and being the only girl with five brothers. Natalee is also a graduate of this Joy School group even though she has moved to Hawaii. She was exc-ited about school and was always polite and eager to participate in the activities. The group missed her sunny personality when she left, but wish her much happiness in Hawaii. Lauren really enjoyed l. She said she liked snack time, playing time and the stories the best. She was always anxious for teday and Thursday to come so she could go be with her friends . Lauren is the oldest of three girls aid tries to be a good example to her ssters. Her favorite toys are her Ms and her bike. Nicklaus Christensen, Lauren Broman and Angelee Hardy graduate from Joy School. Nicklaus enjoyed pre-scho- and also went to the high school pre-school. He liked to do the art ac-tivities and play outside. He has a dog named Bear and three new baby kittens. Nicklaus loves to go fishing. He is going to be a ring bearer at a wed-ding this summer. r 1 , ) J - - ' zz - L-- Betty Ewell, PH Huntsman and Annette and Jeff Wilson are winners in the recent Adventureland Video giveaway. Winners named in Adventureland drawing Walter and Betty Ewell have won a trip to Disneyland in the Ad-venture Buck Drawing held at Adventureland Video in Pleasant Grove. Pat and Larry Huntsman were the winners of the second prize, 20 free movies, and Jeff and Annette Wilson were the third place winners and will receive 10 free movies. These winners' names will now be submitted to the grand prize drawing with all the Adventureland Stores for a Caribbean cruise. I .
