Show Notice of sale The following described real property will be sold at public-auction public-auction to the highest bidder on the 10th day of May, 1984 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the west front entrance of the Utah County Courthouse, City of Provo, County of Utah, State of Utah, by Ray M. Harding, Jr., Successor Suc-cessor Trustee, and Avco Financial Service of Utah, Inc., as beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust executed by Calvin R. Clayson and Karen M. Clayson as Trustors, dated April 17, 1979, and recorded May 3, 1979 as Entry No. 16682 in Book 1740 at Pages 569-570 of the official "records, in the office of the County Recorder of Utah County, State of Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of said beneficiary by reason on certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded December 7, 1983 as Entry No. 37197 in Book 2096 at Page 838, of the said official records of Utah County, State of Utah. Successor Trustee will, sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, the following described real property located in Utah County, State of Utah: Beginning at a fence intersection on the West side of 300 East Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, which point is North 1245.076 feet and West 1314.577 feet (Based on the Utah State Coordinate Coor-dinate System, Central Zone) from the South Quarter corner of Section 19, Township 8 South, Range 3 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence South 1 07'03" West along said fence line on the West side of 300 East Street 160.61 feet to a fence line; thence South 32 07'11" West alon gsaid fence line 87.21 feet to a fence line; thence North 68 51'26" West along said fence line 119.53 feet; thence North 0 47'50" East 194.16 feet to a fence line; thence South 88 58'59" East along said fence line 158.01 feet to the place of beginning. For the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
