Show Pleasant Grove man's anecdote in Reader's Digest Ed McGrath of 690 Cherry Hill Drive is the recipient of a $300 check from Reader's Digest for an anecdote submitted to the magazine's department, "All In A Day's Work." The contribution appears in the April issue as follows: I was making my daily rounds as a letter carrier when a four-year-old boy ran to his family's mailbox and planted himself squarely in front of it. With his feet spread wide and his arms folded, he told me sternly, "My mom says she just can't take any more bills." |
