Staff Photo by Jack Hill, Punt, Pass and Kick Winners Are Named Last Saturday in A.F. 250 boys participated in the local (A.F.) Ford Motor Co. "Punt, Pass and Kick" competition at the A.F. Rotary Park last Saturday afternoon. Competition for the Lehi, American Fork and Pleasant Grove areas is sponsored by Tri-City Ford. 18 boys were awarded trophies, with the first place winners in each of the six age groups advancing to the state competition in Salt Lake City, Saturday, Oct. 11 at Derks Field. Winners in each of the age groups, 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and the footage they made in the punt, pass and kick are as follows: 8- Year Olds. James R. Morton, 137; Jason Adamson 122; Scott Roberts, 107. 9- Year Olds, Steven McDowell, Mc-Dowell, 182; Travis Hansen 162; Todd Street 146. lO.Year Olds, Clark Hill 221; Brock Knight 217; Tyler Calton 189. 11- Year Olds, Mike Bronson 229; Greg Holman 228; Jeff Strasburg 225. 12- Year Olds, Mark Tuckett 232; Justin Bone 227; Jay Holmstead 225. 13- Year Olds, Richard Lee 324; Scott Colledge 289; and Koger Brady 279. |
