Show Dogs, Other Animals Must Be Taken Care Of Dog licenses are due the last of January each year. Licenses sold after January will have a $5 penalty fee. Why should your dog be any different from any other oth-er animal that must be kept penned, such as horses, cows, etc. There is a city ordinance a-gainst a-gainst barking dogs, so if your dog fits this category, please keep him inside so he won't disturb your neighbors.
