Michael Schroe-der in a marriage ceremony to be perfomed October 11, in the Provo LDS Temple. A re-ception in their honor will be held in Pleasant Grove, Satur-day, October 12th at the Bung-alow from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. and an open house will be held in Payette, Idaoh at the LDS Church Saturday, October 19 from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. They would like to extend a special invitation to all their friends and relatives. The bride-elec- t is a daughter of Mrs. Romona Allen of Pleasant Grove and Mr. Lloyde D. Jackson of Salt Lake City. Miss Jackson graduated from Pleasant Grove High School son is presently employed as alterations manager by Clarks in Provo. Mr. Schroeder is a graduate of Payette High School, where he was active in student gover-nment and the school athletic program. He has served an LDS mission in Holland, where he was assistant to the mission president along with many other leadership positions. He is presently a sophomore at Brigham Young University where he is majoring in politi-cal science as a pre-la- stu-dent. He is employed by Spar-tans Security Service. Following their marriage the couple will make their home in Provo. where she was active in stu-dent government and Viketts. She is a junior at Brigham University where she is major-ing in fashion design. She represented Utah with her twin (Cecile) in the Miss Twin USA contest in the Vir-gin Islands. L j MISS LAURIE KATHLEEN RYAN AND VAL DANKLEF Laurie Kathleen Ryan to Wed Val Danklef in Temple Rites Mr. and Mrs. O. Kent Ryan of Dallas, Texas announce the marriage of their daughter Laurie Kathleen to Val J. Danklef, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin W. Danklef of Pleasant Grove. The marriage will be solemn- - ized in the Salt Lake Temple on October 16th. A reception will be given at the home of James Danklef, 4600 West 8300 North 'in Manila. The couple are graduates of Brigham Young University. Val served his mission in Eastern Canada. MISS JOSETTE BRACKENBURY AND DENNIS WALKER Josette Brackenbury to Marry Dennis Walker Friday Evening Mr. and Mrs. John E. Brack-enbury are happy to announce the engagement and forthcom-ing marriage of their daughter Josette to Dennis C. Walker, son of Earlin Walker and the late Darrell Walker. The couple will be married Friday, October 11th at the Bungalow, 235 South First West in Pleasant Grove. Foll-owing the ceremony, a recep tion will honor them from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Mr. Walker is presently em-ployed with U.S. Steel at Gen. eva. The bride plans to con-tinue her studies at Pleasant Grove High School, where she is a Senior.
