Show DEATH OF A PROMINENT CITIZEN A. P. Shurtllff. a prominent cilizcu nt Ogden, passed away at 4:45 this morning at his home, 570 Twenty-fifth street, after an Illness of seven months. The caus' of death was u tumorous growth on tho brain. Mr. Shurtllff was born in Salt Iake City. 02 years ago and ho spent his entire life in this part of the state. He tor many years resided at Morgan where ho leaves considerable property. prop-erty. ' The deceased leaves a wife and four children. , The children an Mabel, wife of George Taggart of Morgan; Laura, wlfn of David Eddlng-tou Eddlng-tou of Morgan; Ethel, wife of E. 5. Burdick of Tolcxo, Cal.; aud W. J. Shurtliff of Los Angeles. Cal." The funeral will be held Wodnes-i Wodnes-i day evening at the Larkln chapel, although the exact time has not been arranged.
