Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Iaws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Sessions Laws of Utah. 1909, to appropriate twenty (20) cubic-feet per second of .water Horn the North Hranch of the South Fork of Ogden River, Weber County, Utah. Said water will he diverted at a point which bears north 11 degrees de-grees west 2.2U0 feet from the south quarter corner of Section 21, Township 7, north, Rango .1 east, Salt Lake ba9o and meridian, from where It will bo convced by means of a pipe line for u distance of 12,".00 fret and there used durin? the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each ear, to develop power for the purpose pur-pose of electric lighting and propelling propel-ling machinery at Ogdfti. Iu addition to the Quantity of water above specified, applicant intends to appropriate twenty (20) acre-feet of water which will be stored during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, in a re-ffrvolr re-ffrvolr embraced In Section 23, Township Town-ship 7 north, Range 3 east, Salt Lake base of meridian.
