A great piRue of elm leaf beetles has swept cer this section of the country this summer, according to Director Mur-illl Mur-illl of the Bronx Botanical gardens Mi. Murrill recently made a trip ol investigation through four states and inys that lie found the condition of Ihe elm trees everywhere alarming.
