Show BERT MOBPHY'S LAST MIGHT AT SYLVAN PARK Tonight brings the engagement ol Bert Morphy, the "man wno sings to beat the band," at Sylvan Park to a close. As announced In yesterday's Examiner, Mr. Morphy will sing any song requested this evening, provl lert , a copy of the song was in his hands before noon, to allow for rehearsing the band accompaniment. Requests were received today for a rendition or "The Dream of the U. S. A," "Polly Primrose," "Holding Hands," "Please Don't Take Mo home," and "Tim Toolan." Mr. Morphy goes from here to Spokane, Spo-kane, thence to Portland and to San Francisco, whero he has engagements to sing. Later on he will appear at the Seattle fau. |
