This means that ample time will bo given to all passengers deserving to embark' on trainsand that no ono at the Union depot may be left behind If they are awake and fairly Intelligent. During the last two or three m'onibs the depot de-pot master has made radical changes and important improvements In tho rules governing employes at the Union Un-ion passenger depot. That these are appreciated by the traveling public is shown by the complimentary letters recently received by general officers of the Harriman management regarding regard-ing treatment by Mr. Shields and his assistants.
