An Italian syn- 1 dicate has formulated plans to ostab- I libh two agricultural colonies, each j composed of one hundred families, in tho middle part of the state of Texas, according to an announcement made here today. One-third of the amount necessary for this colonization has been subscribed by Texas capitalists, headed by Captain Nicollni, Italian consular agent at Galvoston.
