Show OVERCOME DY HEAT; EXPIRES Mrs. Martin Van Zyl Stricken While Watching White City Dancers Overcome by the heat, Mrs. Martin Van Zyl, 947 Twenty-third street, col-llapsed col-llapsed while watching tho dancers at the White City last night shortly bo-foro bo-foro 10 o clock and died before she could be taken to the Dee hospital. With Mr Van Zyl and three of their children, Mrs. Van Zyl was watching the dancers from t lie outside of the dance hall She suddenly collapsed and her husband and bystanders rushed rush-ed to her aid. The police car was called and she was hastened to the hospital, but she died on the way. Dr. R. L. Draper examined her and said that heart disease, coupled with the heat, was the cause of death. Beside Mr. Van Zyl. five children survive her Mr Van Zyl is employed at the Dee hospital |
