OGDEN BAKING EXTENDS PLANT Construction of $50,000 Unit to Be Started This Week Construction of a two-story unit of the ogden Baking company plant on Grunt avenue, between Twenty-iif th I and Twenty-sixth streets, will be started start-ed this week, according to announce- j nient made by L C Mitchell, manngcr of the company. The building is to be of concrete, steel and brick construction. It will have a depth of 70 feet r.nd width of 56 feet on Grant avenue The structure struc-ture will be used for the sales room and extension of the shipping department depart-ment for the bakery. The unit will cost about $50,000. Another Improvement to ee made by the company this fall will be thei installation of two new ovens for ! bread baking. One additional oven lias been installed this yeur.
