Show NOTICE, TO CONTRACTORS. Sealed bids will be received by tho Board of Education of Ogden City, Utah, at Room 308, Colonel Hudson building, Ogdcn. Utah, until 8 o'clock p. m .Monday. .Mon-day. April 12. 1920 for labor and materials in connection with excavations and concrete con-crete foundations required for a part of , the Washington school which tho said board proposes to erect in Ogden. Utah. Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications speci-fications as required to prepare bids for this work at the office of Leslie S. Hodg-Fon Hodg-Fon and Myrl A. McClcnahan, Architects, Room 829 Eccles building1. Qgdcn. Utah. All labor must bo performed and all materials ma-terials furnished and placed as required to complcto the work under tho contract In strict accordance to tho drawings and specifications and to the entirtf satisfaction satisfac-tion of the architects. The board reserves tho right to reject any or all bids, A certified check mado payable to said board for a sum of money not less than five per cent of tho amount of tho bid must accompany each bid. and the check of any successful bidder shall he forfeited forfeit-ed in case he falls or refuses to enter Into tho necessary contract and furnish a bond required by tho board. Tho contract shall contain- among other oth-er things, a stipulation that at least twen-tv twen-tv per cent of tho contract price may bo withheld until tho work In tho contract is completed and accepted by tho board.
