Show U. P. Stockholders ' Elect New Directors Directors for the ensuing year were elected at the annual meeting of the Union Pacific stockholders, held yos-terday yos-terday at Salt Lake. More than 65 per cent of the stock was voted, 2.115,-180 2.115,-180 shares being represented at tho meeting. ' The following directors were named: nam-ed: Oliver Ames, Boston; Carl R. Gray, Omaha; Robert W. Goclet, Newport, R. I.; E. Roland Harriman and W. A. Harriman, Arden, N. Y.; Marvin Hugh-ill, Hugh-ill, Jr., Chicago; Otto H. Kahn, Woodbury, Wood-bury, N. Y.; R.. S. Lovctt. Locust Valley, Val-ley, N. Y.; Charles A. Peabodv, William Wil-liam Rockefeller and W. G. Rockefeller, Rockefel-ler, New York; Mortimer L. Scbiff, Oyster Bay, N. Y.; C. B. Segar. Now York; Charles A. Stone, Boston, and Frank A. Vanderlip, New York. Thomas Price, of New York, secretary secre-tary of the Union Pacific systeih, and N. H. Loomis of Omaha, general solicitor, so-licitor, attended the meeting. |
