Ciiy Judge Sentences ; Man to 50 Days Laborj i L. L. Drown appeared before Judge! D. R. Roberts in city court this morn- ing on a charge of drunkenness to which he pleaded guilty and was sentenced sen-tenced to fifty days in the city jail without the option of a fine and with hard labor. Brown was arrested on Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth street between Hudson and Washington avenue, about midnight last, night by Officer Stephens, and confessed to the Judge this morning that he has made many appearances in! the ciiy court on a similar charge. oo )
