NOTICE TO WATER USERS. Stato Engineer's Office. Suit Lako City, Utah. March 3. 1920. Notice is hereby given that Ezra R-Hadloy, R-Hadloy, of West Weber, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1917. as amended by tho Session Laws of Utah. 1919. to appropriate throe and five-ninths (3 5-9) ot a second-foot of water from Grccnwell Slough. In Weber County. Said water will bo diverted by means of a pumping1 plant at a. point 200 ft west of the E. Vi corner of Section Sec-tion 1C, Township C North. Range 2 West. Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will be conveyed 200 ft. In a ditch and there used from May 1 to October 1 of each vcar to irrigate 80 acres of land cm-braced cm-braced In the W. M Sec. 15, apd Lots 10 and 11 In Sec. 1G. township and range aforesaid.
