J. H. N. Williams Wil-liams of Salt Lake. The speakers teams is composed of -Rev. J. overman Wallace, the Rev. Clem Davios, the Rev. Win. M. Padon, , the Rev. C. A. Snyder and Mrs. F. R. Payne. This is one of the five county conferences for the state of Utah, to be held early in April, as announced yesterday by State Secretary A. G. Alderman. Al-derman. The first county conference will bo held In the Immanuel Baptist church of Salt Lake City on April 8, starting at 9:30 o'clock in the morning. morn-ing. The Rev. George E. Davles will preside and will deliver the opening address on ":The Objectives of the Interchurch In-terchurch World Movement." The Rev. Ray Palmer of the Ogden Bap-- Bap-- list church will conduct the devotional devotion-al periods and present tho evangelistic evangelis-tic program. Dr. J. J. Lace, superintendent super-intendent of the Methodist church of Utah, will outline tho financial campaign. cam-paign. The Rev. H. W. Gurger, sUite campaign director for the Presbyter-ion Presbyter-ion church will deliver an address on the Interchurch World Movement. The Rev. Godfrey Matthews of Ogden will deliver a sterloptlcon address on the surveys at home and abroad. Mrs. L M. Gillilan of Salt Lake will speak on the purpose, plan and program of the Interchurch World Movement. The Utah county conference, led by Dr. Williams, will be held at the Congregational Con-gregational (Community) church at Provo, Tuesday, April 13. Other conferences con-ferences will be held at tho Logan Presbyterian church and the Mount Pleasant Presbyterian church. The public Is invited to attend any and all of these county conferences. |
