iMr. and Mrs. McBride - Entertain Friends: Saturday night, Mr. and Mrs. Frank McBride entertained 35 of their neighbors neigh-bors and friends in a very pleasing social function at their pretty home on IUverdale road. Tho evening was spent In cards, dancing and luncheon, the small hours dawning before the merry-m:.kers dispersed. It was a sort of "get acquainted" affair furnishing lan opportunity for the hosts', guests to exchango informal neighborly greetings. greet-ings. Not long since, Mv. and Mrs. McBride Mc-Bride purchased the Slimson home, known as "The Dell," in the Ttiverdale district and established a permanent home there, moving from their rancn home in the Jackson Hole, Wyoming, country, to enlarge their acquaintance and more firmly knit the thread of friendship which ha'd been woven since they came to Bivcrdale, their doors were opened tp the neighbors. With the aid of the Edison re-creations tbo dance hall on the upper floor of t)& home, happily appropriated and both young and old tripped the light fantastic to thejr heart's delight. The luncheon was dclTcious and there were a number of close contests at the card tables. The event. will long be remembered remem-bered by those who had the pleasure of participating.
