Fowler has ox-plained ox-plained the principles of his plan. He 'states that the bonus arrangement will I be divided Into three classes, A. B. and C. By averaging the estimates of superintendent, supervisor and the principal of the school in which the teacher works, her status, whether A. B or C will be determined at the end of the year and her bonus will be paid I accordingly. The bonuses have been separated Into three groups, ?50 for A. $100 for B and $150 for C. Five component com-ponent persons will judge the standing, of tho teachers and absolute justness and fairness will bo observed, Mr. Fowler states. Teachers, principals and possibly janitors will profit by the bonus plus salary system, Mr. Fowler stated, during dur-ing the 1920-21 school period. |
