Show RUMANIA ACCEPTS 0ERHAN TERNS Must Cede Dobruda to Bulgaria Bul-garia and Make Certain Economic Concessions. AMSTERDAM, March 6. M. Ton-choff, Ton-choff, Bulrgarian minister of finance and head of tho peace delegation, has returned from Bucharest to report to his government on dealings with Rumania. Ru-mania. Ho explained to the Bulgarian Sobranje that on the expiration of the armistice Saturday the Rumanian delegates dele-gates announced that the crown council coun-cil at Jasey had decided to accept tho conditions offered by tho contral powers pow-ers including the cession of Dobrud-ja, Dobrud-ja, re-adjustment of the frontier between be-tween Hungary and Rumania and the granting of economic concessions The Rumanian government was then informed that it must sign before noon of March 5 a preliminary treaty em-, bodying these terms and that negotiations nego-tiations would bo resumed immediately immediate-ly with a view to a further armistice and tho final conclusion of peace. M. Tonchoff said that the preliminary prelimi-nary treaty between the individual countries would bo drawn up in identical iden-tical terms, but in the final treaty, which would require some alterations I in the wording, it would expressly stip- ulate that Rumania cede the Dobrudja to Bulgaria. The economic concessions conces-sions also would be set forth clearly, the work of defining them probably occupying some time. |
