Nelson, the aged insane man, who has been confined for several sever-al days In tho county jail, will be taken tak-en back to Richmond, Cal., tomorrow by County Clerk Charles M. Ramey. Nelson has about $85 and this will be used to defray tho expenses of the trip. He had a through ticket to New York City, whon. taken from tho train, and the refund on this ticket netted him about $40. Nelson has no relatives but Information has been received from Richmond to the effect that, if he is sent back, he will bo taken care of by friends.
