Mediocre Med-iocre bowling characterized today's play at tho American Bowling congress con-gress tournament hero, none of the bowlers being able to roll their way up to the leaders. The highest in the doubles made on the various shifts today to-day was 1195, bowled by G. Thomas and F. Herold of Kenosha, Wis., while in the singles E. C. Waglo of Des Moines, la., rolled 648.
