IY RECEIVE IE 145TH FIELD ARTILLERY WASHINGTON, Dec. 27 Tho war dcparlment today received a tele I graphic report from the colonel com I mandlng at Fort Douglas, which indi-J cates that accommodations, both at Fort Douglas and at the Agricultural college at Logan, aro inadequate lo care for the 1700 men of the 115th: field artillery. The report stales thai. It will be utterly impossible to demobilize de-mobilize this regiment at Fort Doug - 1 las. as the cantonment buildings at that post are said to be unfitted for, habitation at this timo of year. Referring to the accommodations proUded at Logan tho inspecting of ficer states that there is available only 1 19,500 square feet of floor space for sleeping quarters. The war depart-, ment says that It must have 75,000 feet for the entire regiment.
