Tho play will be 1 : read at tliat time by T. Earl Pardoo, secretary of tho club and director of the dramatic production, and the parts will probably be assigned. There are twelve inalo and flvo female characters charac-ters In tho play. Tho leading lady is to be Miss Ellen El-len Scowcroft. Mrs. Amber Kinyon has been selected to play the character role. Miss Dorothy "Wright has important im-portant role among tho femalo parts. The male character havo not yet been selected. Miss Scowcroft Is described as a young lady of remarkable talent. She played the principal part In a play given by tho Washington Park Semi- nary when she attended school there and while she was still a junior, a distinction dis-tinction never before accorded a junior in this institution. The work of Mrs. Kinyon, of course, Is well known lo Ogden people. The play "Rolling Stones" will bo presented by the club on March 12 as Its first western engagement. It has only recently completed a long engagement en-gagement in the eaBt and has not yet been in tho west or middle west. The Drama club, which recently staged four successful acts at the Orpheuin, has agreed to assist the University club in every way possible in return, for tho concession of a date to tho Drama club originally spoken for by thc University Uni-versity club. oo |
