Sergeant Ser-geant Jerry Kcllihor and Officers Robert Rob-ert Chambers and Charles Manzol went to his homo today and found the situation about as reported extremely bad. "He has three rooms and a basement in his home. Some of these rooms contain con-tain everything that stinks. There are boxos of spoiled figs; there are piles of wormy raisins; decayed apples, and rotten potatoes. I do not know what disposition will bo made of tho place. It is probable, however, that Onello will bo Invited to clean up, for summer is approaching." According to tho officers, Onollo is about 45 years old and lives alone. He assembles old iron and other discarded discard-ed merchandise and sells it as junk. He also does a little peddling to help meet necessary expenses. It is stated that the Investigation was made following fol-lowing a report that he house was becoming be-coming perilously dirty and a menace to health. |
