Apploton, secretary of tho General Federation of Trades Unions; J. Walked Wal-ked of the Steal Smelters' unlm; Charles Duncan, labor member of parliament par-liament for Barrow-in-Jb1urncss and general secretary of the Workers' union; and William James Thornc, social so-cial democratic member of parliament for the south division of West Ham, and founder and general secretary of the national union of General Workers. Mr. Russell stated that no date has yot been fixed for tho meeting In Salt Lake, but will be announced in the near future. Loyalty week, which began yesterday yester-day with Lincoln's birthday and ends with Washington's birthday, February 22, will be celebrated by Salt Lake unions Saturday evening, February 15. Mr. Russell announced that local labor leaders and speakers will make up the program at the Labor temple, 'and delegations from all local unions and unions throughout the state will be present.
