AVIATORS "MAP" MAIL ROUTES IN M SOUTH TUCSON, Ariz., Dec. 7 The airplane squadron of four machines headed by Major Albert Smith, surveying mail routes through the air and making aeronautical maps between San Diego and the Atlantic coast, left hero this morning at 9:45 o'clock with El Paso as the next scheduled stop. A landing will be made at Deming, N. M., if necessary, to obtain fuel. Major T. C. McCauley, flying west from San Antonio, left at 7;45 o'clock this morning for San Diego and passed over Casas Grandes, 66 mljes from here, In forty minutes.
