CLEVELAND, Dec. 10. Cleveland, snovboimd and without fuel, was offered of-fered little relief from the cold weather today. With the official thermometer ther-mometer registering five degrees below be-low zero this morning, the lowest temperature tem-perature in December for three years, the natural gas pressure throughout the city was steadily growing lower. The death toll of the storm this morning stood at three. All railroad and intenirban traffic is badly delayed. Street Car Men Strike. CLEVELAND, Dec. 10. Nearlv 400 employes of the Cleveland, Southwestern Southwest-ern t Columbus interurban railways, including about 200 motormen and conductors, went on strike today following fol-lowing the refusal of the company to grant a pay increase of eight cents an hour. |
