Show RUMANIANS FORCED TO JOIN ARMISTICE AMSTERDAM, Dec. 10. The Rumanian Ruma-nian government was forced to enter the armistice negotiations with the Germans, according to a Vienna despatch de-spatch to the Lokal Anzeiger of Berlin, as a result of an ultimatum from the Russian government. This threatened the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Moldavian front and tho stoppage of the export of food and war material. mate-rial.
