Show Deaths and Funerals ARENDS The funeral of Edith G. Arends, wife of John O. Arends, was held at 2:30 p. m. today In the Kirkep-dal Kirkep-dal chapel with Rev. Christian R. Garver officiating. DRU RY Mrs. Clara May Drury, wife of Thomas B. Drury, died Saturday Sat-urday at 9:30 p. m., at the Dee hospital hos-pital of blood trouble. She had been suffering with the malady for a number num-ber of years. The body wbb to have been shipped at 3.30 o'clock today to Salt Lake, where tho funeral and interment in-terment will be. Sho was born In Milton, Utah, April 10, 1884, and has lived in Salt Lake most of her life. LEVEDAHI Tho funral of Lars G. Levcdahl was held yesterday after- noon in tho Eighth ward meeting , house with Bishop T. P. Terry offl- 1 elating. The speakers were Bishop Terry, Patriarch Jnmos Taylor, J. J. I Barker and M. L. Jones. The musical program was as follows: "There Is Sweet Rest in Heaven," by Orson Griffin; "Oh My Father," by Mrs. R. B. Porter; "Jesus, Lover of Mv Soul," by Mrs. Melba Jones, and "My Faith in Thee" by Walter Stephens. The pallbearers pall-bearers were John Walter, Carl and Raymond Lund, Lyman and Warren Hess. The grave In the Ogden City cemetery was dedicated by George S. Barker. DOXEY Blaine Doxey, the three-weeks-old son of Albert and Minnie Doxey, died yesterday a 11:45 a, m at the family residonce, 2937 Lincoln avenue. Tho babe's twin brother, Wayne, is still living. Blaine was born In Ogden September 2, 1917, and is survived by his parents, its twin and Glen, Howard, Devere, Willie and Josephine, brothers and sisters. The funeral announcement will bo made later. MARTIN The funeral of Rosotta S. Martin was hold yesterdays In the Ninth ward meeting house with Bishop W. O. Ridges officiating. The speakers speak-ers wore Herman Denkers, H. Van Braak, Cornelius Romyn, J. G. Krult-bosch, Krult-bosch, Evert Neuteboom and Bishop Ridges. Tho music was furnished as follows: "My Father Knows," by Mrs. Frank Ridges; "Some Sweet Day" and "Softly and Tenderly Jesus Is Calling" by Mrs. Lillian Wangs -gard. Interment Ogden City cemetery, ceme-tery, the grave being dedicated by T. De Hart. I PAPE The funeral of Elese Pape, ten-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Pape, was- held yesterday aftor-noon aftor-noon in the Church of tho Good Shepherd, Shep-herd, Episcopal, with Rev. George j Hyslop officiating. One of the beautiful beau-tiful parts of the funeral was tho participation par-ticipation as flower bearers of ten little girl schoomatos of Elese, dressed In white. Six members ot Mr. Pape's office force acted as pallbearers pall-bearers . The sermon was preached by Rev. Hyslop and several musical selections were rendered by the choir.
