A telegram of instructions to members mem-bers of legal advisory boards has been received and is as follows: "Please instruct all legal advisory boards or .through them all associate members to enter on Hie left-hand margin o the front page of the questionnaires ques-tionnaires of registrants to whom they give advice for assistance the following: follow-ing: ' 'Aid given by me,' and sign name of member, followed by the words 'permanent member,' or 'assoicate member, legal advisory board,' as the case may be."
