Douglas Watson, one of Og-I Og-I den's most active workers for the Rod Cross society, has been especially energetic during tho past few weeks in the preparation of Christmas boxes for the soldiers. Mrs. Watson is one of a committee of local ladies who havo been busily engaged In preparing those boxes of cheer. H. Rhlvers'.and Mrs. W. H. I Wattis prepared 144" pounds of fruit ! and candy and Mrs. H. C. King gavo IH , 119 pounds of candy. These are only three of the many who contributed their time nnd money to the complo-tion complo-tion of 576 Christmas boxes sent from Ogden Thursday morning and arriv- jH ing in Denver yestorday.
