Try them B ' when you want to give your family a B ' special treat. iM COCOA SAUCE ; Make a paste of six teaspoons of al ' cocoa with one-fourth pint of water. H Add thrjee-fourths of a pint of water and boil two to five minutes. 5B Add two cups of sugar, dissolve QjH thoroughly and remove from fire. aeBU When cold add two teaspoons of va- gB nllla. Serve on puddings or ice cream. I Cocoa Cream Pie 'uH I Mix one-half cup of cocoa, one- '3tH i fourth cup of cornstarch, yolks of three eggs, one -fourth teaspoon of salt and two cups of milk. Cook until thick. Stir constantly, add two teaspoons of vanilla va-nilla and pour into a baked pie crust. Cover with a meringue made by boating the whites of three eggs until stiff and adding two tablespoons of brown sugar. Brown In oven. |
