Show ALIENS NOT- TO BE MOLESTED SALT LAKE, April 16. Aliens of an enemy country' llvlnp within a half mile of the boundary line of Fort Douglas, Doug-las, or of the National Guard armory in Plerpont street, need have no fear of being compelled to move from their homes at once so long as they conform to the demands of the United States regarding their demeanor. That there will be no drastic application appli-cation of the fourth soctlon of President Presi-dent Wilson's proclamation forbidding citizens of enqmy countries approaching approach-ing military or naval posts or centers of supplies, unless there is tangible violation of the ruleB, is the consensus consen-sus of opinion of federal officers stationed sta-tioned in Salt Lake. The order issued by the president will be applied with discretion, and only against such aliens as come under the direct observation of federal offi--als by reason of their own actions.
