Show LIGHT HEAVIES HAVE ANOTHER MUDDLE The light heavyweight championship situation is all muddled up again. It is in just as much of a tangle as a v kitten in a spool of silk thread, and the only way out seems to be a return re-turn mntch between Bat Levinsky and Tommy Gibbons. A short time ago Levinsky and Gibbons Gib-bons met at St. Paul in a ten-round bout. The next day St. Paul papers came out with columns of praise for the home town boy. They gave the decision to Gibbons, and from all accounts ac-counts of the bout Tommy must have given the battler orders. But therp are always two sides to an argument; and Danny Morgan and his Battler claim that Levinsky won by just as clean a margin as St. Paul scribes handed the decision to Gib bons. The only way to settle It is to got these two mitten wielders into a ring with a referee who has the power to render a decision. oo |
