Show oo TRAFFIC LAWS TO BE ENFORCED "The lid is on," speaking of tho enforcement en-forcement of the traffic laws referring to motor vehicles, this being inferred from the action of Municipal Judge George S. Barker this morning in two cases of violations of the aforesaid laws. Tho defendants in the two cases were Frank L. Watkins and Julian Jul-ian Watson. Watkins was fined $5 for operating his automobile after dark without lights, and Watson Avas fined an equal amount for operating his motorcycle mo-torcycle without a tail license and a 1917 license number. George Massey, a mendicant, was sentenced to serve five days in jail, and Era Bolden, a negress, was given a ten-day sentence for drunkenness.
