PETROGRAD, April 11, via London, 1155 a. m "The party of tho Fatherland Fa-therland and tho Army," which Includes In-cludes most members of tho Petro-grad Petro-grad garrison, has adopted a resolution resolu-tion strongly supporting the war. "We urge the continuance of the war to a victorious conclusion," reads the resolution, "namely a peace restoring re-storing the ancient frontiers of Russia Rus-sia and free Poland, including tho German and Russian territory. "A peace without the consent of the allies would bo shameful, would threaten Russian liberty; would brand us with disgrace and treason; separate sepa-rate us from free England and republican re-publican France, from Belgium, Serbia, Ser-bia, Montenegro and Rumania, which have suffered devastation In behalf of their friends, and make us perjurers to our solemn oath to free Poland." Appeal to Council.
