Herbert Vance, 22 years of age, was fined ?5 for riding a bicycle on the sidewalk. John Doe BeattJe and W. N. Casey, plain drunks, were each sentenced sen-tenced to serve 5 days in jail. James E. Bays, a trespasser, was given a like sentence. Mrs. Beemer, an alleged al-leged vagrant, arrested on the night of August 1st at 132 & Twenty-fifth street, forfeited $25 bail. Cornelius Van De Graaf of 3275 Pingree avenue was tried on a charge of battery and his case was taken under advisement. The complaining witness was Mrs. Edsinga and the testimony in the case savored of a neighborhood quarrel. |
