Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX AND DELINQUENCY DE-LINQUENCY OF THE SAME To whom it may concern: Under Authority of Section 278 of tho compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and as directed by Section 925 of tho Revised Re-vised Ordinances of Ogden City, Utah, 1915. The undersigned Treasurer of Ogden City, Utah, hereby gives Notice thnt a Special Tax for the purpose of constructing concrete paving in Paving District No. 119, in Ogden City, Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an Ordinance Ord-inance of the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, adopted and passed August 3rd, 1916, and published pub-lished August 4th, 1916. Said Special Tax i3 levied upon all property abutting abut-ting on the following Street, to-wit, All that part of Orchard Avenue between be-tween Twenty-fifth and Twenty-sixth Streets; and to depth of 50 feet back therefrom; and which is further described de-scribed as follows, to-wit, on Lots 1 to 10, inclusive Block 15, Plat "A," Ogden City Survey; Said Tax is payable pay-able in 10 installments; The First Installment In-stallment becomes delinquent on the 23rd day of Sept,, 1916. The Second Installment becomes delinquent on the 4th day of August, 1917. The Third Installment becomes delinquent on the 4th day of August, 1918. The Fourth Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on the 4th day of August, 1919. The Fifth Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on the 4th day of August, 1920. The Sixth Installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on the 4th day of August, 1921. The Seventh Installment becomes de- linquent on the 4th day of August, A 1922. The Eighth installment be- comes delinquent on the 4th day of August, 1923. The Ninth Installment i becomes delinquent on the 4th day of August, 1924. The Tenth Install- ment becomes delinquent on the 4th i day of August, 1925. Each of said installments except the first draws interest at the rate of ( slx-percont per annum from the 4th day of August, 1916, until delinquent, ' and if said tax or any Installment I thereof shall be unpaid after the, delinquency de-linquency thereof, interest thereon ' thereafter will be eight per-cent per j annum until such assessments are fully paid.
