According to the complaint, the note was given in payment 'for a quantity of merchandise, purchased of the machine ma-chine company. The plaintiff claims that but $25 has been paid. For a second cause of action ac-tion the plaintiff asks for judgment against the defendant for 50.50 which the defendants owe and promised to pay to a collection agency in Salt Lake. Of this amount $25.25 has been paid.
