McCloskey brutally mistreated her by knocking her through a door and for several years has been unhusband-ly unhusband-ly in divers ways, Florence J. McClos. key has entered suit a severance of matrimonial ties. The McCloskeys' were mnrried January 27, 1909. Since that time the wife sUtes that her husband has grown more indifferent which has sunk gradually into hato and abuse. She also asserts that ho has been keeping company with lewd women and resented any interference on her part. For several years ho I has not contributed any thing toward her support She asks for alimony. Claiming that his wife, Mollle Otelle, refused to accompany him when he saw fit to remove hjs residence from Stickney, South Dakota, to Ogden, J. M. Otelle has asked the district court to grant him a divorce from the former. oo |
